She finds joy in curating the perfect selection of bespoke rugs and has gained valuable expertise in custom designs through her roles in respected rug design and importing companies. By developing Private Label brands, Nancy merges her branding skills with a genuine commitment to building strong relationships, fostering customer loyalty, and encouraging referrals. Her dedication to her craft and empathy for her clients truly shine.
BETH ROMSKI - Marketing Operations Manager
Beth brings a friendly and approachable background in customer service, technology, and database management. She is eager to assist in all aspects of our innovative rug-sourcing operations. Her goal is to enhance communication and enable Designers to fully experience the creative and financial advantages of showcasing their custom rugs in a tangible way!
JAYA LATA - Production Head
Jaya has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing. Her extensive knowledge of rugs has made her highly sought after, leading to collaborations with various esteemed brands such as miinu GmbH, Nanimarquina, Édition, Bougainville, and Eco Contract.
Jaya brings her expertise, extensive resources, and keen eye for detail to the team, ensuring that custom rugs are executed on time and to the highest standard.
